MONTH 5 - I am more than enough
We have all been there before, sitting in our space and going through all the reasons and areas of life in which we are not enough.
We dissect ourselves and ruminate over ourselves with the harshest perspective.
We are not born feeling inadequate, the feeling of “not enough” is created and becomes a deep rooted issue within us. Life experiences and emotions create that sense within us in a variety of ways. For example, when we were little, and we felt afraid or anxious, our mind told us something was wrong with us, not our environment.
Think of where this feeling comes from - when was the first time you really felt like you weren’t enough? Use our journal prompt to really take yourself on this journey of finding the root of your feeling of inadequacy.
We can remind ourselves again and again that our feelings of “not enough” were learned. It's not an objective fact, even when it feels so instinctually true and that’s what we’ll do with our affirmations this month.
We want to fill our subconscious thoughts with the knowing feeling of “being enough” simply because you are. There is nothing you need to do or accomplish to feel like you’re enough and we are opening ourselves to believing that while repeating these affirmations.Our song this month is really beautiful in that it is meant to inspire acknowledging your history, owning your self worth, and extend that forward to the world around you.
