WHAT WE OFFER
We offer everything from dresses and sweaters to accessories and shoes, and if you've ever shopped at The Yuppie Closet, you know our pieces can go fast. Even if you're not looking for a specific designer item, there are plenty of essentials in The Closet — from organic cotton essentials for baby to work essentials for mommy.
RETURNS
As a customer-based focused business, we strive to provide each and every customer with all the necessary details on each and every item available in our shop. Should you have a specific question about an item please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date that the product was delivered to you. Free returns for members only. To become a member, click here. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and all items must be returned via USPS Priority mail with a tracking number.
Merchandise returned with the original security tag missing, detached or a damaged tag will not qualify for a full refund. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of The Yuppie Closet and may only be refunded as a store credit. To include, any other additional item(s) must be included in the return, i.e. designer original price tag and/or The Yuppie Closet hangtag attached, original shoe box, heel replacements, shoe strings, handbag shoulder strap and accessories, authentication cards, and/or dust bag. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all internal and external garment tags intact. Shoes returned without the original box, a damaged box, or marked soles may not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Please make sure that USPS either scans your package in front of you to register your return pickup, or that you obtain a receipt from USPS if dropping the package off. Without a valid pickup or tender scan from USPS, or a valid drop-off receipt from USPS, your return shipment is not valid.

The Yuppie Closet reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
The Yuppie Closet does not have a gift return policy at this time. Gifts are only refundable to the gift giver. To process a return, the gift giver is required to initiate the request.
Please note that The Yuppie Closet may not accept liability for any Products or other goods returned that may get lost in transit.
The Yuppie Closet monitors the number and condition of Products returned and orders cancelled by customers. Repeated returns or cancellations or violations of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your The Yuppie Closet account, membership and/or future orders being refused.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All returns must be returned with a tracking number, and please consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
This Return Policy does not apply to the extent of any conflict with applicable law, and if there is any conflict between this Return Policy and our Terms, or Terms govern. Please see our Terms for more information on certain statutory rights we or you may have regarding returns.
PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Google & Apple Pay. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority with tracking included. Packages typically arrive within 2-5 business days after shipment notification. Delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays.
Free standard delivery on orders under $250, but spend over $250 and get express delivery at no additional cost! Second day shipping for $35, or overnight shipping for $45 at checkout.

Please note orders must be shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method. We are also unable to accommodate shipment to PO boxes or APO addresses.
DUTIES & TAXES
We include the cost of Duties & Taxes in your order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay and there are no additional charges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently only offer shipping within the US. Check back soon for updates.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to process. If rejected, your items will be returned back to you.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. For a different size or style, please organize a free return of your original order with us and place a new order via The Yuppie Closet.
