WHAT ARE THE CONDITION OF THE ITEMS YOU SELL?

My goal is to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. I am extremely selective with the items I accept for sale and the condition these items are in. I carefully inspect each item at least 3 times for flaws and/or issues before adding it to the shop, so please shop with confidence!

My items are brand new, new without tags, like-new if a particular item was a floor/display model or pre-owned condition. New items may show some wear from trying on. All of my pre-owned items are in excellent condition (no visible signs of wear or gently used) and is carefully cleaned according to the manufacturer care instructions. To add, all of my merchandise is stored in a climate-controlled pet-free studio office. For details on a specific item please carefully check the hangtag or a Yuppie Sales Associate will gladly assist you.

ARE RETURNS ACCEPTED?

Yes, as a customer-based focused company, I strive to provide each and every customer with all the necessary details on each and every item available in my shop. Should you have a specific question about an item please do not hesitate to contact me for more information.

Returns are accepted within days 3 days of receipt of order shipment. Merchandise returned with the original security tag missing, detached or a damaged tag will not qualify for a full refund. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of The Yuppie Closet and may only be refunded as a store credit. To include, any other additional item(s) must be included in the return, i.e. designer original price tag and/or The Yuppie Closet hangtag attached, original shoe box, heel replacements, shoe strings, handbag shoulder strap and accessories, authentication cards, and/or dust bag. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all internal and external garment tags intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping and all items must be returned with a tracking number. Returns are not accepted on all items available. Undergarments, swimwear, formal wear, accessories, handbags, and jewelry are FINAL SALE.

The Yuppie Closet reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements. 

HOW DO I GUARANTEE THE ITEMS YOU SELL ARE AUTHENTIC?

I can guarantee authenticity on every item that I sell or you get your money back! I follow brand specific authentication guidelines and I purchase directly from vendors and/or department stores. As an added bonus, I have a 5-star eBay reputation.

PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING?

I accept all major credit cards and Paypal and all packages are shipped via USPS with tracking information included. Orders over $200 ship for FREE. Packages typically arrive within 2-3 business days after shipment notification. Delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?

Yes, I am required by law to charge Maryland sales tax because I have an operational presence in the state.

IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?

Yes, yes, yes! I take security very seriously and will not share your private information with any third-party advertisers (no ads here!). I run The Yuppie Closet operations on a secure and private server so your information is always safe. I will only use your information to mail thank you notes, and of course to mail your packages.
